BelongInclusivity™ is a nonprofit organization
dedicated to identifying and addressing systemic barriers that limit participation across workplaces, communities, and innovation ecosystems. Through research-informed, systems-level approaches, we focus on understanding why individuals from underrepresented groups do not access or complete programs designed for them and translating these insights into actionable, data-informed solutions. Our work integrates research, education, advocacy, and collaboration, supported by the IMPACT™ diagnostic approach, to help organizations design more inclusive, effective, and scalable systems. Founded with a vision to advance equity, participation, and systemic change, BelongInclusivity works across sectors to strengthen outcomes and create environments where diverse individuals can meaningfully participate and thrive. |

We work with organizations and ecosystems seeking to understand and address participation gaps in the systems they design and deliver.
This includes: • Public sector and institutions (e.g. municipalities, workforce and innovation programs) aiming to improve access, participation, and outcomes • Organizations and employers looking to identify and address systemic barriers within their policies, programs, and workplace systems • Ecosystem partners and community organizations working to strengthen inclusion, engagement, and equitable participation across communities We centre the experiences of individuals and groups most affected by systemic inequities—particularly women of color and underrepresented communities—while focusing on transforming the systems that shape their participation. Our Promise of Impact
BelongInclusivity™ focuses on addressing the root causes of inequity by identifying and reducing participation gaps in the systems that shape workplaces, communities, and innovation ecosystems.
